Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your organic skincare; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all protective seals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
